Data privacy

In accordance with Article 13 of the Swiss Federal Constitution and data protection provisions of the Federal Government (Data Protection Act, DSG), every person has the right to protect their privacy and to protect their personal data from misuse. We comply with these provisions. Personal data is handled in the strictest confidence and is neither forwarded nor sold to third parties.

In close collaboration with our hosting providers, we make every effort to protect our databases from outside access, and from loss, misuse, or fabrication of data.

When our web pages are accessed, the following data is stored in log files: IP address, date, time, browser query, and general transmitted information about the operating system and browser. This usage data forms the basis for statistical, anonymous evaluations so that trends can be identified and used to improve our offers accordingly.

Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service from Google Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses “Cookies”, text files which are stored on your computer, and which enable an analysis of how you use the website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. However, if IP anonymisation is activated on this website, your IP address will be first shortened by Google within the European Union member states or in other contract states that are parties to the Agreement on the European Economic Area.

Cookies
